Ok, this works pretty well. You'll want to focus not only on the education itself but also the definition of "leadership" - As in what is it and how is it expressed in MMOs.
ReplyDeleteBased on what you have here you might actually want to broaden it out to education but just focus primarily on leadership because what you are really defining is "the teaching of leadership". But you might want to roll with this and see how it goes.
